Reflection:

Through these simple acts, I learned that protecting and caring for the environment starts with small, consistent efforts. National Clean-Up Month remind us that we are responsible for our surroundings. By cleaning, recycling, planting, and spreading awareness, we contribute to a cleaner, greener, and safer community.

reflection for the first quarter

During the first quarter, I have gained many new learnings and discoveries that helped me grow as a student. I learned new lessons in my subjects that improved my knowledge and skills, and I also discovered how important discipline, time management, and teamwork are in finishing school tasks. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of myself as a learner.

Of course, I also faced several challenges. There were times when I found it hard to understand certain lessons, and I sometimes struggled with managing my time because of the many requirements. I also felt a bit nervous and lacked confidence when speaking or reciting in front of others.

Despite these struggles, I tried my best to overcome them. I asked help from my teachers and classmates whenever I needed clarification. I also made it a habit to review my notes and practice better time management so I could balance my schoolwork with my other responsibilities.

Moving forward, I will continue to improve myself by studying harder and being more active in class. I will work on becoming more confident and positive towards learning. I believe that by doing these things, I can do better in the next quarters and achieve my goals as a student.

Nutrition Month 2025

The goal of this year’s advocacy, “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!” is to ensure that every Filipino has access to safe, nutritious, and sufficient food for a healthier life. It promotes the right of every person to proper nutrition and food security.

I can take part in this goal by practicing healthy eating, avoiding food waste, and sharing knowledge about proper nutrition with my family and classmates. I will also support programs in school or the community that promote food security, like school gardens or feeding programs.

my self

Hi! I'm Princess Nicole Vista, And I would describe myself as sporty, joyful, and funny. I love playing sports, because it keeps m active and helps me stay strong. I enjoy being around people, laughing, and making others smile with my jokes and happy energy.

I'm also a helpful and caring person. when someone needs support, I try my best to be there for them, whether it's a friend, a classmate, or a family member. I believe that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's day.

But just like everyone else, I'm not perfect. Sometimes I can be a little mean, especially when I'm upset or stressed. Still, I always try to say sorry and make things right. At the end of the day, I care deeply about the people around me and try to be the best version of myself.
